HOW DOES THE HYBRID FORMAT WORK?
Every day at 18:00, participants get access to a block of lectures on the online platform. It includes videos and short texts on the training topics.
At the end of each block, there is a short self-check test that must be completed by 12:00 the next day.

In-person training starts at 13:00 and continues until 18:00 with short coffee breaks (visits to developers’ offices take place in the first half of the day).
This way, our participants can absorb the material and discuss it in the group during face-to-face sessions. Online materials will help in exam preparation.
